I contacted this company online through their website. I purchased 10 kilograms of cocao beans. The person I dealt with was a Mohammed Abdul - mobile number ***. This person quotaed me R900.00 + R250.00 for courier. I asked for an account to transfer funds, he gave me a Capitec account number in the name of C S Lebotsa. Once I had transferred the money Mohammed told me they would deliver the next day. then I got an off e-mail saying this was the courier company and they wanted another R800.00 of which R750.00 would be refundable. then I knew there was something wrong!! I refused to pay this as I had already paid the R250.00 courier fee Mohammed said was required. I asked for a refund as no goods have arrived. this was done on the 21st of July. 2021, I have had no refund to date. I believe this to be a **** and if not refunded, the next stepafter this will be the Hawks!! Tired of people *****ing hard earned money! Please be warned when deling with this company, no invoice was sent, only wattapp comms.
