Dissapointment

I am a retail customer and I will always shop around for price. But it grieves me to say this but Agrimark Nelspruit is a store waiting to be shut down. I have been in your stores in Stellenbosch, Springbok and even in Pofadder and have been able to get what I needed as there was stock or alternatives available and the service was great. But Nelspruit is a challenge for me as on numerous occations I have had to leave this store without what I went there for in the first place and agitated because of the poor customer service.There is a guy that walks around with either no or very little product knowledge. Yesterday I needed 2 x 50kg of feed grade salt and a simple set of *****drivers, guess what no stock and the man on the floor did not even try to engage me in how he couls assist me otherwise.I left there and drove to the very next general agri- co-op store in the same general area finding everything and being served as if I am their biggest customer. I do not expect to be treated like royalty only with the mutual respect I deserve after all I have made an effort to come to shop in your store the least you can do is to try and make the experience worthwhile.
