Relentless unsolicited emails

This company has NO respect for direct marketing rules. I have unsubscribed multiple times, created rules to not allow their unsolicited emails, send them direct emails requesting to remove me from their database! Again this moring i get an email from ***, signed off by Noel. I am not even in HR.
