I want to applause Cole for the way the training was conducted

I want to applause Cole for the way the training was conducted. Very insightful. As HR practitioners we are usually seen as only support staff, not core business. This training gave me and my HR department purpose again. Furthermore that we need to start looking at our role in HR more strategically. Have statistics ready etc.
