No delivery

I ordered two jackets from AGRICAMARKET on the 28th May 2019 and was told by the CEO BLESSING is his name that it would take 3-8 working days. He has a website where you can track your order which I was doing but now all of a sudden the website is down. It's almost a month now that I'm waiting for my jackets and I'm starting to wonder if it's a **** because the money has been paid in full already. I'm hoping it's not a ****. They have a whatsapp customer help line which keeps on telling me that I should use my track number which is giving me different updates but nothing is being delivered. Now the whatsapp customer help line is not responding and the CEO BLESSING is not replying to my messanger messages.
