Faults on tractor bought at Agri Seasons

I bought a Case Puma 165 tractor from Wilhelm. the tractor was located at Thabazimbi and I live in western Cape. He promised me more than once that the tractor is in good shape and that he will look thst its serviced before transporting it to me. On arrival there were the following faults: Aircon,PTO, 4wd and possible turbo. I have phoned him several times but he seldome answers and when he does he promise he will sort everything out but then just goes silent. Its been 4 months now and there is no progress in this matter. All I want is for him to send repair whats broken on tractor so that I can do proper work with it.
