Great Plains planter bought from Agri Afrika

Extremely poor workmanship on the assembly of a Great Plains Twin Row maize planter that I purchased from Agri Afrika. Technicians had to come out on 7 different occasions to fix the poor workmanship. At the end of the day, the planter broke so badly that we were forced to hire someone to finish the planting. The managing director of Agri Afrika is offering to purchase the planter back but at a much lower price. This is unacceptable! And now he thinks that the silent treatment would fix my dissatisfaction with their product.
