Worst **** ever

I booked and paid for accommodation for the 28th of December, when I arrived I was told the place was already occupied and I must speak with the owner, when I got hold of the owner she said I must contact Agoda for a refund and there is nothing she can do about it, I contacted Agdoa via their channels and yet to hear anything back from them. The owner also never called back with a solution or anything, I ended up sleeping in my car in a street with my three small children and wife with nowhere to go.
