We booked to stay at soho hotel at sun city, get to the hotel they can't find our booking no one helps neither does Agoda, all we get was a sorry and that the hotel is fully booked, we had to find alternative accommodation, and the accommodation was paid for in full waiting for the refund. We were told it was a **** booking from the hotel.
