Very Very Bad service that **** people money.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling experience I’ve had with Agoda. I made a booking through your platform, only to discover that the dates on the confirmation letter were incorrect. When I attempted to amend this to reflect the correct dates, I was informed—falsely—that the hotel had rejected the change.

After personally contacting the hotel, I was told that they had not rejected the amendment and had even sent a formal email to Agoda to confirm this. Despite this, Agoda continued to mislead me, claiming the hotel was closed—an outright lie, as the hotel is available for calls 24/7.

This experience reflects a shocking level of unprofessionalism and completely unacceptable customer service. I am extremely disappointed by Agoda’s blatant dishonesty and poor handling of what should have been a simple issue. It is absolutely unacceptable that customers are left to bear the cost of booking errors and are misled in the process.

I strongly caution others against using Agoda. If there is any error in your booking, expect to lose your money and receive no genuine support.
