Use any other booking site

The site is set up to mislead the consumer wherever it can. For example if one has a credit the amount is deducted from the fare displayed for one night but then when one books for several nights one is hit with the full fare for all the other nights. The function of getting a bank code authorization is switched off so that the amount immediately comes off your account before you see the full extent of what they are actually charging.

If one needs to deal with the call centre one is in a world of trouble. They seem to be trained to say all the ince things to make you believe they are helping ,but in my experience they just ignore the facts and don't actually do anything real to help the consumer.
