Use Agoda at own risk

Worst decision of my life was booking via this agent.l am warning other travellers not to use them. On 10 August 2024 l booked Riviera Hotel through Agoda with booking ref no. ID *** when l arrived at the hotel l was told that the hotel was fully booked and l could not be accomodated. I asked for refund l was told that my money was with Agoda and l was given their no. I called Agoda it was around 23h40, l got hold of an agent by the name of Harsh who was equally useless , he told me he could not get hold of the hotel l must give them 72 hours to investigate . 72 hours has lapsed l followed up they asked for another 72 hours. I ended up sleeping in the car as it was too late to get alternative address and l didnt get my refund
