Untrusted Website

I made a booking online, but have opted for the pay later option. Closer to my check-in date, they decide to debit my account, but when I cancelled my booking, their report states that no amount has been charged.

I would like a full refund and would never recommend them to anyone as it seems that they authorize themselves to take money from others.
