Unsuccessful to get a refund

I had a bad experience on getting a refund, as I have made a payment to an incorrect guest house and account number The same day after the payment, I have called the owner of the guest house and I have been informed to get in contact with Agoda directly I haven't been successful to get my refund since the 12th of November 2022
