Unfair service

I have a booking with agoda for Riviera hotel , when I get to the hotel it was unpleasant, stuffed, I couldn't stand the smell, so immediately I requested a refund,the hotel refused, it was so unfair because I didn't use any of their services .@Agoda I would like you to assist me to get my money back this so unfair, hotels like Riviera needs to be shut down.
