unetichal business practice and false advertising

They advertised a place that hasnt been operating since January 2024, tried calling the mobile number listed on the add which only rang, I used my GPS to get to the place and when I got to the place the dude at the door informed me that they only host for students since January this year. I had to leave and was very angry, I now had to go book in somewhere else which costed me more. I made contact with the agoda team the next day and since I havent received my refund, they want this and then that, they first asked me to show proof of payment which i sent and the receipt i got from their website which stated that I made payment, payment shows success from my bank as well. They now want a receipt from the business, where on earth would I be getting this if the business doesnt evens operate, they also cant get hold of the business, not sure why they advtertise places like this on their site in the first place this is unetichal and unprofessional mahn, wanna ***** peoples hard earned money, just refund me. my booking id is booking ***
