We made a booking 2 weeks ago for this coming weekend. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to cancel the booking. When we contacted agoda we were told that we will have to forfeit the entire sum of the booking as they will not be able to cancel and give us a refund. It is acceptable that when it comes to bookings their should be a cancelation fee that will be taken out in case of cancelations. This company has refused to do so. Nothing more than ******* that should be investigated for unfair practices.
