The worst experience ever in all my travels

When we got to the hotel - Rhino hotel, we had the worst experience and then we were told that they no longer work with Agoda and that we must contact Agoda to get our refund. The hotel was filthy, it was smelling of pee and other smells, there were **********s walking in and out. It does not even look like the pictures on the website at all. That place is just a **** and we were sold a lie. I ended up googling another hotel and need my money refunded. This was the worst experience of my life
