Terrible service. Should never have booked with them. Should have stayed with Booking.com, who I have always used in the past

For the first time I have used Agoda.com to book hotel accommodation. I made 3 bookings in the last 2 weeks. They claim to better the price if you find it elsewhere, but you can never get hold of Agoda. There is no email address that you can send your query to. They say you must complete the form, but there is no form, or link to complete for the price match. When you click on the 24/7 icon for help, it takes you to the frequently asked questions. They have a chat line, which tells you that they cannot help with the query and we must contact customer service. No email address provided. It seems that they do not want to be contacted so that they cannot be queried about bookings done. They just want the business and then you lose your money if you have any query, cause you cannot post this.
