Terrible Service

I made a booking and payment using Agoda for accommodation on the 07th December for a sleep over on the 12th December.when I got to the hotel I told the is no proof of payment.I contacted Agoda @16:04 I was told someone will make contact in 20 minutes, it's 17:45 and I'm still waiting for that person to call me
