terrible response time

Still awaiting a response from Agoda regarding my refund the hotel had accepted the cancellation as well as emailed Agoda to advise to refund our money but we haven't gotten any feedback as yet. We called about 3 - 4 times and waited about 10 - 20 minutes per call without any assistance. we are tired of emailing and calling. we need a response urgently.
