DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

After debiting my account and getting a confirmation email for my booking a month ago, I received an email yesterday stating that the reservation couldn't be made due to full booking at the hotel of my choice.

They gave me two options, to get a refund within 30 days or they'll look for suitable accommodation.

I chose the second option and within minutes I received an email stating that a "suitable" accommodation couldn't be found. Mind you, I have made transport arrangements and took leave off from work to make this trip.

The other useless options they give you don't even guarantee that the next booking will be confirmed, I had to find another hotel on their behalf because they failed to do so, on their own website.

Next thing, I find a hotel and I'm told they can't use my money that's floating in their account to make the booking.

I'd have to accept a form of refund in "agoda cash", which is not guaranteed to pay at the hotel of my choice. Even after emphasizing that I'll pay the difference they still cannot help me!

How is that even possible!!!
