*****ING MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a booking agent. I think its because its not a South African organisation so no-one is willing to assist with my request. I spoke to at least 6 people for the past 2 days trying to amend the booking date because the system somehow picked up an incorrect date and i was not prompted to check the date before payment was made. I had a similar issue with Safari.com and thet assisted me with so much professionalism and no issues. Im assuming because they are locally based. Agoda claims that Sun City refuses to change our dates and i cant believe that because we had the same issue with Safari.com yet those dates where changed and corrected. Agoda simply does not wish to assist us with our query. DO NOT MAKE ANY OF YOUR BOOKINGS WITH AGODA.COM you will loose your money. They refuse to change the date on my booking and therefor i will forfeit the cost. So basically i am just handing R3000 over to come international company. MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! This is a very stressfull situation for me as we have not been able to go on holiday for 2 years, now i want to treat my parents to something special and this organisation is standing in my way. I will never use you again!!!
