Stay away from Agoda

Dont go near this website. I booked for 12 days at a hotel in manila. When I arrived. the lady who was supposted to meet me never came. I waited for hours trying to message her. No answer. I had to walk around and find another hotel. It turned out the house keep fell asleep. I have not been refunded even though Ive logged a complaint on the Agode platform. Im now out of pocket with no response fro Agoda. Stay away.
