Customer service is a nightmare, holding for 27 minutes on an international call at international rates. They are offering a 52% discount on my room rates even though I have not sanctioned anything, they charge one of the highest commissions in the industry with nothing but headache in return. I received a booking which I did not want to host due to the low rates they advertised, on cancelling the booking I received an automated message that I could cancel directly with the guest upon arrival? Use them at your peril.
