I made a booking through Agoda travel i booked Royal hotel for the 1st to 2nd of Marvh, they requested my Visa card to hold the booking i sumbitted , i received an email notifying me that the hotel was sold out on the date i booked , i went n booked somewhere else and then on the 30th they took R1410 from my account which now they say its not refunded ....this is a money making scheme robbing people of their hard earned money .....i want my money back.
