I have a big problem with agoda.. I booked a place through them for a weekend getaway this morning for this weekend coming. When I checked by booking details I saw that it was for 1 person instead of 2 people. I then decided to cancel the trip immediately after making the booking...then to see that they don't want to refund me my money back into my account. I mailed and called the place where booking was made and they said there is nothing they can do. R1246 that is what they took and now I don't have money to book another place and that was for my husband and myself birthday getaway
