Refund refusal by Agoda and Casavilla.

Good day! On Friday I booked a gusthouse at Krugersdorp ,Casa Villa for 29/08/2025to 31/08/2025. But the booking when completed stated 31/08/2025 and 01/09/2025. I cancelled immediately, money went through, i called casa villa, they told me they are pull booked, and they did not received any booking. I called they denied the booking ID, now they don't want to refund my money and casa villa guesthouse are no longir answering their calls. It is very bad that I lost money and no one wants to take responsibility and pay the money. Casa villa guestnouse and agoda travelling agincy don't wanna ownup to their mistake.
