Refund promised - non given. Not to be trusted

On 2 March I made a booking through Agoda for one night in a SHA+ hotel in Thailand under the "Test & Go" programme. Somehow, and I did not notice, the system defaulted to 14 nights. The last page before confirmation showed a price that seemed high but ok for the one nigh under the programme. The next page showed I have booked for 14 nights and I could not correct, The booking was made. I called the hotel and Agoda, both were very helpful and cancelled the booking. Agoda promised a full refund and this was shown in my account. Now 47 days, and several promises from Agoda, later no refund. They have stopped answering my queries on this one. I am over $2,000 (Aussie) down on this very bad experience. Does anyone know how to get Agoda to keep its promises made in emails? If Agoda is at all interested the booking ID is ***
