Refund of my booking

They made a special then I booked the next thing the property doesn't know the special then they ended up saying it was an error they will refund my money. It's been 20 days waiting for my refund when you ask them they say it has been processed and that's a lie because another consultant said it's still going to be processed. I want my money or that special.
