REFUND FOR 1 NIGHT THAT WASNT SPEND @ SHERATON HOTEL PRETORIA

Please assist on the 29th December 2020, we booked the accommodation at Sheraton Hotel PRETORIA, for the period from the 29th until 31st December 2020...the service was very poor , even the room doesnt have towels ...So we decided that we cannot stay in the place further , My name is Linda Xaba , I did the booking by myself and I paid as well , I booked on behalf of MBULELO NOMTSHATSHU , we need a refund as we slept for 1 night 29th checked out on the 30th .....WE TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER ***...FOR AGODA NOBODY PICKING UP THE CALL, PERSON FROM SHERATON HOTEL WHO WAS ASSISTED US WAS ABRAHIM ...WE DO HAVE THE PROOF THAT WE SLEPT ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT , MONEY MUST BE PAYABLE TO THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS DEDUCTED ...AND DUE TO COVID 19 REGULATIONS WE COULDNT SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT Mbulelo Nomtshatshu ***
