Refund

Paid accommodation got a booking reference. Once we arrived at the venue they could not pick up our booking. We could not book in. We had to book into a different place. Now they say we cant be refunded. So no place to sleep but we still have to pay??? We need this refunded and this site needs to be dealt with accordingly
