R1700 DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!!

I made a booking with Agoda for Accomodation, Regal Inn. I took an option for 50% partial fee cancelation refund. I cancelled within 12 hours. The cancellation was denied without reason. Mind you the second accomodation is booked with them. ****** *******S.
