Poor service

What a bad experience with the booking @ Menlyn Maine Apartments. They charge R250. 00 cleaning fee and the place is not clean when you arrive. Dirty bathroom!!! Dirty kitchen!!!! Dirty sheets!!!! The pictures is not the same for what you get.... 84% cancellation fee is upsetting.... Very poor transparency.... Went straight back to reception and said the unit is not clean and the reaction was priceless... Gave back the keys and booked at another place. R1500. 00 WASTED. Booking ID: ***
