Over Charged

We made a booking through Agoda to stay at Anew Hotel. They quoted and confirmed the price via email and we were charged 5 x that amount!!! Agoda hasn't responded and Anew Hotel say its Agoda's problem. Bottom line is neither will re-imburse the difference.
