They deserve 0 stars. The service in this establishment is non existent. South Africa was placed on a travel ban and we are unable to travel to Rome where we booked our accommodation. We are not asking for a refund but to put our booking on hold in order for us to use it at a later stage when the ban is lifted. We let Agoda and the hotel Argentina style view in Rome. I would advice anyone looking at booking through Agoda to not pay upfront. Its a ****. We now have lost R 6137.84 and Agoda couldn't be bothered to reply to our emails.
