NO DEAL

I booked a room at D'oreale at Emperors Palace Johannesburg for 8 and 9 June 2019 on 31 May 2019. I was immediately sent a booking confirmation, with booking id ********** 55. The payment was taken off my card on 5 June 2019. On 7 June 2019 at 16:53 SA time, I received a call from + ********** 4100 apologizing and saying that there was a system error and the booked guest will be redirected to OR Tambo hotel. There is no room at the D’oreale Emperors Palace. This morning they have been sending me emails urging me to make quickly make payment for the same room that is "not available" at a higher price
