NO BOOKING TRANSPARENCY

Made a booking yesterday for Kosmos guesthouse and upon arrival what we paid for is not what we got. No booking transparency, definitely false advertising and still awaiting my refund. So concerning especially since the manager disclosed that this happens oh so often through Adoga. Just how many people have been mislead like this and commuted hours to get there.
