Near impossible to delete account

After attempting to delete my account. This is such a cumbersome process, I have given up after call center and call center and misunderstanding in emails and forms to be completed. I have given up. That is a dealbreaker for me.

Note: I successfully booked with Agoda for ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) in Thailand. 5 stars for that though. 1st paragraph is more important to me though.
