According to the site, there were rooms available for me to book. Booked the room and paid. Received the confirmation email only to go to the hotel and find out they don't have any booking in my name. Calling the support number takes you through some verification steps after which you're left endlessly on hold. My wife, 2 kids and I were left without many options having spent the money we had for accommodation on this **** service.
