Money back promise is a lie!!!!!

I am so furious and extremely disappointed with the lies that I was sold by Agoda. As I booked a holiday and cancelled within 2 days (Booking ID ***) IT'S BEEN A MONTH NOW AND I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK.

I don't like false advertising, and this is what this company does. I am hoping that they do the right thing soonest as I am defiantly going to be vocal about this. Portia N Mtshali
