Mixed up booking, urgent refund required

On the 28th August i booked with Agoda with property called 14 the shade and got confirmation letter and booking ID ***. I had booked for the 2nd to 5th September, I called the contact person provided on the confirmation letter who's number is ***, he told me there is no booking under my name and i should send and email with the confirmation letter which i sent however when i got the the property on the 2nd i was told they have no booking for me. i had to look for another place to book with my last money meant for my family. Yesterday the 3rd i again contacted Agoda and the person responded after investigating , confirmed that there was a mix up, the property that was meant to receive me was 37 the shade, confirmation ***, i called the owner by the name Lawrence who promised to resolve this, to my shock he no longer answers my calls or WhatsApp messages. All i need is my funds refunded urgently.
