Misleading info on Website

I booked a room for one night at the Bungalows at Sun City, on your website it said that 2 children under 12 are covered, when I got the confirmation it only said 2 adults and no mention of the children, I had no response from agoda when I sent an email, when we got to the Bungalows the room could not be taken as the roof was leaking and it was going to rain, Kindly enough, Suncity Upgraded us to the cabanas but the room was so small that it could not accommodate my children, I also had to pay extra for the kids for breakfast and the valley of the waves which I did not budget for,
