I am not receiving any assistance from Agoda in terms of my refund after they booked me into a place that was fully booked!

Upon my arrival I was shocked to learn that the place I had already paid for with my credit card was fully booked! Where is my refund Agoda, and now their customer chat bot agents are playing games with me!!!!
