Hi everyone my name is Jonathan I am from KwaZulu South Africa Durban today at 8:45 I wanted to book in accommodation for three days for three people Royal hotel by coastland in DURBAN I went to a Agoda and I booked the accommodation for three days for three people starting from the 24th out on the 26 the rates are very good completing I have already paid I received an email telling me that I’ve been booked for the 28th out on the 29th which I did not book for these days and also they told me through an email after I have paid it I have been booked for the 29 out on the 28th the dates from the 24th to the 26th there is no availability when I called your hotel that requested that they should refund my money they told me that I will have to pay 50% off of cancellation why do I pay 50% off for cancellation manual I was given wrong dates please people don’t trust this site they are ****mers they are trustworthy they are called Agent are not trustworthy also you called them they say they will call you back hold on for three minute you end up holding on for 50 minutes so I’m still waiting for my full refund I don’t think you’ll ever refund me they are ****mers please be vigilant
