I had a very disappointing experience with Agoda

I had a very disappointing experience with Agoda. I encountered an issue with my booking, and unfortunately, the platform made no effort to resolve it. Within 5 minutes of changing my booking, they refused to refund me. It was a lot of money that I lost. Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, showing little interest in assisting or providing a solution. I expected much better support from a platform of this size. I won’t be using Agoda again in future again. I do not recommend Agoda at all.
