Hotel Booking ****

I tried to make a cheap hotel booking for a friend of mine I found this website I thought wow this is so convenient. Big mistake got to the hotel we where told its fully booked .Upon rechecking the booking we realized it was was the wrong dates .This was very funny to me because i specifically choose the same day for that night .I then tried to change booking dates ,no such chance a whole list of terms and conditions .I then tried to cancel same problem. Once they take your money no one at their company can assist and terms and conditions state the money is now theirs if you cancel .Amazing . After speaking with Hotel reception we where told so many people are getting ******** rather make your own bookings directly with the hotel.
