False marketing

I made hotel booking with them and on the application it showed that I will pay when I get to the establishment,but as soon as i completed the booking,they immediately deducted R2400 from my bank account.I called them immediately to wuurie that and i was told the hotel deducted the money,i called the hotel and i was told the agency deducted the money.I then cancelled the booking asked for refund I was told that 50% will be charged and up to today I still have not received my money back.This happened in March 2020
