False advertising by Agoda

I have had shocking treatment from Agoda. I think that they are dishonest and use false advertising.

They advertise that if you download and book accommodation using their app you get 20% discount on first booking.

I did this and it showed I would qualify so I booked and there was no discount.

I went through reams of correspondence with them, and bottom line they want me to show them the screenshot of the discount. I saw on the app that it stated it and said slide to the side and book, which I did, and there was no discount.

I then cancelled, and when i got a voucher from them offering me a discount I booked again. Once again there was no discount and I paid Full price. This is not only dishonest, it is ******** and *****.
