FALSE ADVERTISING AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM Agoda

I booked acomodation on the agoda website where it stated checking in times all the way to 11pm. When I got to the accommodation at 9:50pm at night, after driving 680kms, I was told that they don't check in people after 8:30. I was stranded outside at night without a place to stay or money. I immediately notified agoda that I was being denied access but got no response until the next morning. The response simply said they had notified the accommodation. After 2 days I got another email from Agoda saying the issue was resolved but I did not receive a refund or an apology for that matter. The customer service at agoda is pathetic and I advise everyone to refrain from using this ************ website who **** innocent people out of their hard earned money. I will be escalating this matter further, until I get full restitution.
